Walk This Way is a business aimed at dog walking service, pet visits and training. Also, during the walks or visits, I am dedicated to capturing a moment you can remember forever to preserve the special relationship in the form of pet photographic portraits and this is not limited to just dogs and cats. Our training sessions are based on science research, force free handling, positive practical aproach and reward. More details on private sessions and classes can be found at Learn This Way
As part of our walking service I always hold a free ‘meet and greet’ consultation, prior to any booking. This gives yourself, your pet and me the opportunity to ensure all parties are happy that we are compatible & will be able to work well together, ensuring the best care can be provided for your pet. This is a no obligation meeting to allow owners to get to know the person looking after their special family member. The meeting is also the ideal opportunity for discussion relating to the specific requirements of your pet. For our training consulatations and packages please visit Learn This Way page
What a better way to spend your day then out on adventure with your dog. We kep our groups small to a maximum of 4 - 5 at any given time as I believe this provides better care and attention for your pet. The walks will typically last around an hour or a time frame you request depending on your dog's specific needs. Individual walks are also possible for those dogs who may do better on their own due to age, health or behavioural issues. All our walks are carefully chosen walking routes, parks, forests and fields with no live stock and where your dogs can get good and safe on or off lead excercise to burn off their energy. During this time we focus on favourite games and activity and mental enrichement. If a short car trip is required, all dogs are safe and secure in a crate. If you would like to know how your loved one is doing throughout the day, pictures, walk routes, or add any notes you feel may help can be sent to you at the end of each day. This can be arranged via Facebook chat, email or text.
Every pet has different needs and requires different attention. I will tailor make each visit to ensure your pet will be cared for in their own safe and familiar environment and have everything they need. Prices are base on 1/2h visit to allow enough time for feed, clean, toilet break, filling a water bowl or just a bit of company to break the day. These visits can be for any pet in the family such as quinea pigs, reptiles, chickens or cats.
Watching puppies grow and develop is a fun, exciting and rewarding time and we would love to be part of it. Puppies under 6m would benefit from solo walk/visit and in those visits we include support to all needs. Our BABY STEPS puppy package: provides you with the basic needs of 1x or 2x 30min visits per day - toilet break, scheduled feeding time, play time to helping them with cognitive and problem solving skills, getting use to collars and harness, sit, down or settle and a solo 15min outdoor walk when ready. All those skills are very important starting points to integrate them into our group walks with adult dogs. We also have special GIANT LEAP package which include more in dept training. Please visit our Training page for more information.
Every pet, whether it is a dog, cat or guinea pig, is unique. I love photographing pets and animals with different temperaments and capturing their personality, creating images to treasure for a lifetime. Every photography session is tailor-made to your requirements, and can combine bespoke style portraits in your own home environment through to scenic photo shoots at specific locations. It is important for me to make your pet feel comfortable and happy. After the session I will provide you with a private online gallery and one 10x8 print of your choice. Additional prints and photo books can be purchased up on request. Specific ideas such as puppy, dog and child or pets with their human family together are all possible options. Please let me know your preferences and I will work to accommodate them.
With the help of science, kind force free approach, motivation and reward, my goal is to help dogs and their guardians to find the right way of communication, understanding and trust to be able to overcome sometimes difficult times. Please visit my Learn This Way page for more information.

My name is Jana and I have beautiful Lab-cross called Jet who was adopted from Scottish SPCA and has been my best friend and inspiration since.
As I am an energetic person who loves animals and being outdoors in any kind of weather. For that reason I have decided to change my career, combining my interests and doing something that I found fulfilling. My drive is to provide caring, friendly and professional pet care service in Fife area to give you the flexibility to get on with your day. I have worked in high paced, customer service industries so I understand the pressures for my clients and the challenges that they can have while ensuring their pets are given the level of attention they need. This experience from both sides of the relationship, allows me to offer tailored service and care just as I would like for my own pets.
Despite of the fact that Jet is with me nearly all the time, I can't stop taking pictures of him and his friends we meet along the way! Like any other member of the family they grow up too fast and for that reason I would like to provide you with the same opportunity of memories and happy times your pet will have while in my care, or in a specific setting of your choice.
